How we work
From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, we’re with you every step of the way. Here’s a breakdown of our entire sealing process:
Consultation
A phone call outlining your goals for the project is the first step in creating your ideal pool area. With our assistance, you can realize your vision while staying within your means and maximizing your quality of life.
Project Proposal
After we have considered the scope of the project, we will send you a detailed proposal. Following your approval of the proposal, our crew will move forward with the pool decking project.
Design & Development
At this stage, we will implement your vision using an in-house 3D rendering process. This will help you save both time and money. For more accurate 3D renderings, we will visit your home to measure and photograph the area to be built upon.
Design Consultation
We will now collaborate to fix any issues with the 3D rendering. The design consultation might extend beyond the initial meeting to ensure that we fully cover all aspects of your paver decking project.
Estimate
As soon as the design team has finalized all the details, we will begin to create an estimate for your Florida outdoor pool deck. An estimate will be sent to you a few days following the design meeting. After reviewing the estimate, you can decide whether to proceed with setting a date for the design reveal.
Construction & Visualization
Following your approval, we will initiate the building phase of the project. Our trained production crew will take care of your pool decking. Just relax and take pleasure in the transformation of your new outdoor sanctuary.
Your sealed pavers can have a variety of finishes, from a glossy wet appearance to a matte semi-gloss. In most cases, a matte finish will last longer than a glossy one.
Site Review
Once you are happy with our proposal and ready to let us protect and improve the look of your pavers, our skilled, friendly, and professional technicians will promptly show up on your property. We will check the site and make a plan for the sealing process.
Surface Preparation & Cleaning
The first step in sealing is to carefully clean and treat the surface before sealing it. For this, we use solvent- and water-based cleaners based on each surface’s age and condition. While many other companies skip this step, it is crucial to the job’s integrity. Before applying any sealant, a professionally finished job necessitates a surface free of dirt, debris, mold, and mildew.
Sealer Application
The final step is to apply the sealer. The weather and the size of the cleaned and restored area determine how quickly we can finish the job. Typically, it takes a couple of days. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality finish in the least amount of time with the least amount of mess.
